Voices Unplugged is a friendly, well established community singing group for adults directed by Jane Wells. Songs in unaccompanied vocal harmony primarily from folk, pop and ‘world’ music styles are taught ‘by ear’ so no music-reading is required – just good listening! The aim is for participants to enjoy singing together as well as improving their own singing voices within the group. Voices Unplugged normally gives a performance just before Easter of each year. There are usually around 15 sessions/year on Saturday afternoons 2.30-4.30pm primarily between September and March. The group meets in central Spalding mostly in the Fellowship Room of Broad Street Methodist Church but occasionally at the South Holland Centre. Booking is through the South Holland Centre box office.
