Rhubarb Theatre delivers creative, bespoke, original and theatrical experiences which stimulate our audiences and participants imaginations. Our intention is to make family theatre that is accessible, thought provoking and downright fun.

Our work is mostly based in the UK, in rurally isolated locations or inner city venues in greatest need of access to the performing arts.

Offering a widely diverse programme of theatre activities, both for education and entertainment, we deliver high quality family touring performances, street and festival theatre, workshops, residencies, lectures, teacher training, curriculum workshops, interactive storytelling and bespoke arts projects.  Our versatility enables us to work with all areas of the community, regardless of language, ability, age or location.

We are inclusive and work with a wide sector of the community, from children, people with additional needs, teachers, carers, businesses, higher education, young people in care, more or less everyone.
